SUMMARY
Welcome Tasmania!
タスマニア州の加入 On Saturday 17th November, President Ramon Lawrence visited Hobart to kick off the opening of the Tasmanian Kyudo Association. Seven new members attended a 3.5 hour introductory seminar on Saturday morning, some of them trying Kyudo for the very first time and some training formally for the first time.
With a big thankyou to our friends from Sendai, Ramon was able to kindly donate 6 yugake, a bow, and two makiwaraya to help them get started, as well as lending out another bow to help anyone heading over to instruct.
Currently there are 3 members from Launceston and 5 from Hobart, and they will be joined by another person when she moves back from Japan in February. Ramon with WAKA and Gavin with MKK will continue to support TKA to get things rolling, and hopefully we'll be seeing some of them in Taiwan!
